REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Kashaf- E- Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a straightforward 14-day return window for products delivered across Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Saudi Arabia (KSA).

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please note that for multi-category items (including home essentials, kitchen gadgets, beauty tools, and toys), returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
Since a significant portion of our orders across Pakistan, UAE, and KSA are processed via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds for COD orders will be issued via:
- Bank Transfer or Local Mobile Wallets (for customers in Pakistan).
- Digital bank transfer or Store Credit/Discount Voucher (for customers in UAE and Saudi Arabia).
Please note that cash refunds via courier are not possible.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return
